A. Insurance Benefit Verification Policy
California Chiropractic Center will look patient benefits up as a courtesy to our patients and by no means is our responsibility. 3C cannot ensure the accuracy of these benefits as these are given to 3C by your insurance company who they themselves state that the benefits that we receive are not promissory of payment and therefore can be inaccurate. All patients are ultimately responsible for looking up their own benefits and 3C (Chiropractor San Francisco) is not responsible for misinformation or mistakes provided to them by any insurance company
